one of the Best Bodybuilding Foods

5 Best Bodybuilding Foods

The greatest performance diets may seem complicated and fancy, but they are all built on a foundation of basic principles and simple foods. Eat the right ones, and your body will respond accordingly. If your current regimen doesn't include the following body-builders, beeline to the grocery store and stock up on them, stat. Bonus: They're also all pretty delicious.

1. EGG WHITES

Show us a bodybuilder without egg whites in his diet, and we'll show you someone who's missing out on the best protein money can buy. Paired with oatmeal, an egg-white omelet can turn your breakfast into a power meal to fuel the rest of your day.

Buy It: When purchasing eggs, do the basics: Always check the date and open the carton to check for cracks. Also, be sure the eggs are refrigerated in the store and when you get home with them. Although eggs stored out of the refrigerator won't necessarily cause illness, they do lose a grade per day when not refrigerated.

Prepare It: Although many gadgets promise an easy way to separate the yolk from the white, the quickest, easiest method is to simply use your own clean hands. For this six-egg-white omelet recipe, crack six eggs into a medium-sized bowl. Next, using clean fingers, lightly grasp the yolks, lift them out one by one, and discard. With a fork or whisk, whisk the egg whites with salt, pepper and any of your favorite herbs until well combined and a few bubbles have formed on top. Spray a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place it over medium-high heat and add egg whites. After about 15 seconds, reduce heat to medium. Pull in on the edges of the omelet with a spatula and slightly tilt the pan so the uncooked egg runs under the cooked portion. Continue this around the perimeter until most of the uncooked egg disappears. Then fold the omelet in thirds, as if you're folding a letter to fit it into a business envelope. Using the spatula, carefully slide it from the pan to a plate and eat it immediately.

HTC One in gold goes official

It would appear that Apple may have begun yet an alternate pattern that different Oems will look to copy. Htc has recently proclaimed a brilliant form of their 2013 lead Htc One. It's not the first occasion when we've seen this stallion clad in gold-plated covering, as Gold Genie took it upon themselves to make a post-retail change of the telephone a while back (and Htc attempted their hand at a constrained version run of it at an extremely premium cost focus).

Yet this is Htc's official go-adjust at the resplendent adaptation, and kid does it look delightful. It's not the sparkling, garish gold that you may want, with Htc rather trying for a more inconspicuous, quieted impact. It looks much nicer than the Gold Genie form according to the photographs, however we can't envision anybody might gripe about getting it in either style.

Other than the eye-popping outsides, however, this is the same telephone we've been utilizing and cherishing since it started, with a 1080p Hd 4.7-inch showcase, Qualcomm's Snapdragon 600, 2gb of Ram, 32gb of interior space, Htc's Ultrapixel Polaroid and that's only the tip of the iceberg. Htc says the gadget will "get accessible crosswise over Europe with various accomplices," however they didn't have any further portions to impart about valuing and accessibility. Might you spring for this form regardless of the Htc One getting a

The 1969-70 arrangement between India and Australia was as grasping on the field as it was monstrous off it. The five-Test arrangement, won 3-1 by Australia, pulled in huge interest and was viewed by substantial swarms all around. Shockingly three of the matches were influenced by unsettling influences - an uproar in Bombay, a gather intrusion in Calcutta, and stone-tossing in Bangalore - "to such an extent that one hurled a sigh of easing when the programme was finished up", Wisden noted. Players wait in the middle for order to be restored at the end of the Test , India v Australia, 4th Test, Calcutta, December 16, 1969

The arrangement was closer battled than Australia's winning edge recommended. India lost the fifth Test in Madras when well determined to 114 for 2, pursuing 249. Had they won, they might have drawn 2-2, which would likely have been a fairer impression of the matches. As it might have been, a large portion of the diversions centred on a holding fight between India's extraordinary spinners (Bishan Bedi, Erapalli Prasanna and Srinivas Venkataraghavan) and Australia's effective batting line-up. The trio asserted 59 of the 70 Australian wickets to fall, however shockingly Australia's offspinner Ashley Mallett completed the most noteworthy singular wicket-taker, with 28.

Shockingly, during a period when India were prestigious for attritional cricket, drawn matches, and predominance by bat over ball, one and only Test was drawn, and no batsman arrived at the midpoint of over 50. Australia's most noteworthy aggregate in the five matches was 348, however the essential variable was that India's batsmen neglected to offer their spinners underpin when it mattered. Bill Lawry was accused of striking a photographer during a pitch invasion, India v Australia, 4th Test, Calcutta, December 16, 1969

The construct up to the arrangement - three Tests between India and New Zealand - had prescribed it might not pass off quietly. The foremost Test had been moved from Ahmedabad to Bombay on account of revolting in the city, and afterward the third Test, in Delhi, was hindered by a mayhem when observers got chafed by the eruption of police to an adolescent fan who had run on the field. It set the tone for what accompanied.

The arrangement began under something of a cloud in Bombay, when India's selectors forgotten Venkat. Even with a clamor, Subrata Guha stood down, permitting Venkat to play. As it seemed to be, Australia won by eight wickets, on account of a Keith Stackpole hundred and after that John Gleeson (4 for 56) serving to bowl India out for 137 in their second innings, leaving the travelers a focus of 64. Anyway the facts shroud a scandalous conclusion to the match.

Late in India's second innings Venkat was disputably given out got behind after a solitary claim from gorge. As he walked off, wicketkeeper Brian Taber shrugged and said: "He missed it by a foot." Unfortunately radio analysts said precisely the same thing, triggering turmoil in a swarm recently incensed by the home side's uncouth execution. They supposed Bill Lawry, Australia's commander, may as well have reviewed the batsman. Lawry, who was not an individual liable to turn down anything given by umpires, was in no inclination for tact.
Eknath Solkar takes an excellent low catch to dismiss John Gleeson, India v Australia, 3rd Test, Delhi, November 29, 1969
Inside minutes, stands were blazing and containers and seats were being tossed at the fielders, striking two of them. The match floated towards its decision against a scenery of droning, and the smoke surging over the outfield got so thick the scorers were unable to see. When one of them, Jehangir Irani, walked to the center to challenge, Lawry, needing to finish the match and tidied, proposed tersely he move some place where he could make out what was going on. "I figure I can clean up the tail in this smoke," quick bowler Alan Connolly clowned.

Fielders remained shut the center, in spite of the fact that the point of a percentage of the swarm was great. At one focus, as quick bowler Garth Mckenzie ran in, he was ceased in his tracks as vast stone fell before him. In a noticeably surreal air, police, now and again close to 40 yards from the square, ringed the activity. To their credit, India could have headed off however decided to play on.

Five prior minutes the planned close, Mallett took the ninth wicket by playing Prasanna, and after one increasingly over, play finalized. On police exhortation, the Australians stayed in the center for an additional 20 minutes as endeavors were made to clear the clubhouse. Inevitably they were escorted towards the changing areas yet their issue was a long way from being done. Numerous players furnished themselves with stumps for assurance. Doug Walters, who made do with a safeguard, smiled: "I'll attempt and jab somebody's eye out with it."

Gleeson was felled by a flask (he later clowned the parts would do well to arms than the swarm), while wicker seats were tossed from the clubhouse overhang, barely missing Lawry.

The point when the Australians arrived at the changing area they were just about instantly constrained to safe house in the showers, as flasks crushed all the windows. The police again waded into the swarm to attempt to restore a request. When they did, the scene was one of utter obliteration, with many policemen and observers harmed.

Overnight, fingers were pointed in a mixed bag of bearings. The Indian daily papers regretted what had happened. "It is a novel and dismal state of undertakings that viciousness inactive in our open life might as well spring to the surface on our cricket fields," composed Kn Prabhu in the Times of India. "The major loss was the reasonable name of Indian cricket, and Bombay cricket."

In the same daily paper Arvind Lavakare said the shortcoming was with the poor conditions observers were compelled to persist. "It doesn't require an expert specialist or therapist to figure out the foundations of the uproars lay fundamentally in the abundance uneasiness push onto the greater part by power," he composed. "Congestion and official antagonism towards solace can't keep feelings packaged for all times."

The Cricket Club of India, faulting radio analysts instead of looking closer to home, banned supporters from the fifth, prior day needing to yield when it was called attention to there were worldwide responsibilities to fulfil. In the occasion, it banished all packaged beverages starting from the earliest stage. Despite the fact that the stands were without much of their seating, and had been singed by the fiery breakouts, and the match tantamount to dead as a challenge, more than 20,000 turned up t

5 Steps to Finding the Best Personal Injury Lawyer

Finding the right injury attorney for you after a traffic accident is important. Personal injury cases can be a long and complicated legal process. And no professional could handle or represent your claim better than an experienced personal injury attorney with whom you have confidence.
Locating and hiring the best personal injury lawyer is easier said than done. The process to find best personal injury lawyer is even more difficult if you are currently suffering from the mental and physical pain from injuries.
The search need not be difficult, but it does require your due diligence.  These days, with the internet, combined with asking around (old school), provides you many options.
Search Tips
Some important things to consider when choosing a personal injury lawyer include looking at their experience. They must have a proven winning record in handling injury claims. They must be able to show a history of winning or settling cases to their client’s advantage. In fact, the best personal injury lawyers are able get the highest compensation available under law for their clients even before the case is heard in court.  But, in the event a case doesn’t settle, you want your lawyer to be a skilled and competent courtroom litigator.
5 Steps
Filing or pursuing an ICBC injury claim can be overwhelming especially for someone who has no prior experience or legal background. Personal injury victims often have to suffer twice, first as a direct result of the accident and secondly when filing for a personal injury claim.

Step 1: Ask friends and family

Friends and families will always be a good source of information whether you’re asking for a good doctor or when searching for a good personal injury attorney. This could be especially useful if they had experienced working with them in the past. If you have a list of current candidates you could go over the list with them and ask if they have personal knowledge or previous working relationships with them. But you should also remember that the ultimate decision should be yours.  This is just the start of the process.
IMPORTANT:  Only heed the advice of a friend or family member if they too have hired a lawyer for a claim similar to yours.  If they haven’t, they know as much as you do.  You could ask them to ask their friends of a referral.

Step 2: Online search

Searching has never been easier with the introduction of the internet. Advanced technology have made search engines reasonably good at generating local results for you.  For example, if you live in Langley, BC, the main search engines will generally list local lawyers based on your computer IP address and search history.  This provides you a relevant list very quickly.  All the information you need should be readily available including their contact number and physical address.
What should you look for on the site?  You definitely want it clear that the consultation is free.  A free consultation gives you a perfect opportunity to “interview” the lawyer at no cost to you.

Step 3: Ask other Legal Professionals

If you know a lawyer, even if they don’t do injury claims, ask him or her their recommendation.  Lawyers know who the good lawyers are in the different practice areas.
You could ask other lawyers once you’ve “interviewed” a few during free consultations.

Step 4: Use directories

If you want better online search results you could also visit online directories. Many lawyer directories maintain include ratings and reviews. You could also get previous client feedback and their personal experience of working with them.
Directories are a starting point only.  Again, schedule a free consultation to narrow down your search.

Step 5: Meeting with the Personal Injury Attorney

Once you have managed to get a list or narrowed your search to a specific personal injury lawyer then scheduling a meeting is your next step. This will give you a better idea if you feel comfortable working with them. It would also be a good time to discuss on how he could help you with your claim and previous experiences. Consultation with lawyers is most likely free and you could also move to another attorney without any obligation.

Serious claims require more serious searches

If you’re not hurt very badly, you don’t need to be as careful in your search compared to if you were hurt badly and require a highly skilled injury attorney.  The fact is some lawyers handle mostly smaller claims, while some firms handle catastrophic claims as well.

What are some good dance songs for a wedding?

"Marry Me" by Jason Derulo

Some songs that you can choose include I Gotta Feeling by Black Eyed Peas, Sweet Caroline by Niel Diamond, Yeah by Usher and Love Shack by The B-52?s. You can also use You Shook Me All Night Long by AC/DC. However, you need to collaborate with a family member so you can know the people expected at the wedding and the kind of music they prefer or like.

Lenny Kravitz "you belong to me"... i had an old friend who wanted to walk down the isle to that song... i'm getting married and wish i could do that, but it reminds me too much of her and she won't be there.

The Beatles have a lot of love songs that could fit a wedding. And I love her, got to get you into my life, something, love me do, just to name a few.

How To Make A Good Website

Using a content management system, you can now make your own powerful website faster and without writing a line of code. With web frameworks, you can develop web applications much more rapidly. CMS web development
A CMS allows you to focus on creating content. |This is, after all, what the regular company website admin or blogger wants to do |.
1. WordPress
| WordPress is the most popular CMS, and by far, with a market share of more than 50%. It powers roughly 15%-18% of the world’s websites, and is still growing rapidly. The main reasons for its growth are its ease of installation and use as well as extensibility. It also boasts a massive user and developer community which ensures that a great number of themes and plugins are released regularly and are well maintained.|
WordPress is a great choice for beginners – it is extensively documented and has a low learning curve – you can get started using it in minutes. 2. Joomla
Joomla is a much more complete CMS as it comes with many more options than the core WordPress installation. However, if you are looking to build a nice blog or simple portfolio site, its ton of features might be overkill for your project.
Joomla has an attractive and intuitive admin interface, much easier to use than Drupal’s but a little more complicated compared to WordPress. It is a good option if you want to build a feature-rich website or more custom solutions through the use of extensions available on Joomla.org.
3. Drupal
Drupal is a powerful CMS famed for the flexibility it allows developers. Like Joomla and WordPress, it is also backed by a large developer and user community which ensures a steady supply of extensions (modules) to extend your site for just about any kind of functionality you could imagine.

|But Expression Engine (or EE as it is commonly referred to) is also extremely easy to use thanks to the intuitive admin interface – you do not need to be any bit tech-savvy to administrate your site from the back-end. It is also extensible, easily customizable and comes with a powerful templating engine.|
5. Magento
Magento’s Community Edition is free and open source, while the “Go” and Enterprise editions are commercial. The CMS is a ready solution for powering your ecommerce website, with advanced reporting, customer, product and sales management tools all included in the admin dashboard.
Magento is mostly suitable for larger ecommerce sites – you can find simpler solutions in WordPress or Joomla – and this is compounded by the fact that it has a steep learning curve. However, it remains the most powerful all-in-one solution for ecommerce websites.
6. TextPattern
TextPattern employs a minimalist and direct admin interface, with the aim of allowing you to create standards-compliant pages for your corporate website or blog. The CMS comes equipped with some handy data import tools to help you migrate from your current platform (if you’re considering making the switch.)
TextPattern uses textile markup in place of a WYSIWYG editor, to generate pure HTML code which ensures that your pages are all lightweight and therefore load much faster.
Web Frameworks
Web frameworks allow developers with web programming knowledge to accomplish more with less effort, by eliminating redundancies and packaging the right set of tools needed to develop applications much more rapidly.
7. Ruby on Rails
Known simply as Rails or RoR, it is the most popular web framework built on Ruby programming language. Rails’ philosophy is to favor convention over configuration, letting you write minimal, clean and beautiful code. Popular sites that were built on the Rails framework include Twitter, Basecamp, and Yellow Pages.
8. Django
|Django is the most popular Python web framework. It follows the MVC pattern (model-view-controller). Developers have an easier time with Django creating python-based web applications, since the main advantage of the framework is rapid application development. Popular sites using Django include Pinterest, Instagram and the Mozilla Foundation.|
9. Code Igniter
|Code Igniter is one of the three most popular PHP-based frameworks along side CakePHP and Zend but slightly edges the two in terms of speed and simplicity. The framework is powerful enough to create any kind of website and makes the developer’s work easier by packaging a set of commonly used code libraries.|
Summary
|If you have zero coding skills, learning how to make a website need not look like such an intimidating task. Go for a CMS you’re comfortable with and that is good enough to accomplish the type of task at hand. For most users, WordPress is a good fit. Use our other guide to learn how to make your own website. It is easy to learn, extensible and great for blogging. Two of Bollywood's biggest superstars, Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, have ended one of the film industry's most-talked-about feuds. Both the actors hugged each other at an Iftar party hosted by Congress leader and Bandra MLA Baba Siddique on Sunday. They had not spoken to each other after a fight at actor Katrina Kaif's birthday party in 2008. "Salman and Shah Rukh are my childhood friends. They themselves met each other," said Mr Siddique. Both Shah Rukh and Salman seemed perfectly fine, the latter being the one who took the initiative to shake hands and hug Shah Rukh. The Iftar party took place at Taj Lands End in Bandra. tags: shahrukh khan and salman khan huged eachother in iftar party of congress leader | srk and salman r friend again | salman and shahrukh friends again | fight ends between shahrukh and salman

LONDON  – Ian Bell said on Tuesday that he was looking to carry on from where he left off, as Ashes holders England bid to go 2-0 up in their five-match series against Australia in the second Test at Lord’s this week.
Bell struck the only century of the match as England just did enough to beat Australia by 14 runs in a thrilling first Test at Nottingham’s Trent Bridge.

Bell’s second innings 109, made with England under pressure, was arguably the Warwickshire right-hander’s best Test innings, helping the hosts set Australia a target of 311.
“Yeah, definitely. I’m very happy to contribute to the team at the right opportunity and I’m hungry for more,” Bell told Sky Sports on Tuesday.
“That’s in the past now and the important thing is what happens in this next Test match and if I can contribute again to us winning a Test match then that’s what I’ll be doing in preparation over the next two days to make sure I can do the same again for England.
Bell added: “We were excited. We thought it was a great Test match, every player enjoyed it. Let’s hope the next one is exactly the same.”
The second Test starts on Thursday.

pakistan wheather should be watched closely

Pakistan must keep close watch on weather

(IANS) / 25 June 2013

Pakistan must closely watch for weather systems approaching the country that may cause a disaster situation, warned a Pakistani daily following the calamity in India’s mountainous Uttarakhand state.
An editorial in The News said that cloudbursts have induced massive landslides and flash floods in India’s Mandakini river.
“The swollen river washed away houses, shops, apartment buildings, hotels and bridges on its way — along with unsuspecting locals and visitors. Flood-related deaths have also been reported in Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh and in neighbouring Nepal,” the daily said.
The toll is over 500 with thousands still stranded.
“This disaster was so unpredictable that even the most capable agencies would have been caught off guard — and the Indian military has been deployed to rescue the affected,” it said.
The daily said that disasters such as these offer deep insights about the climate change issues we face the world over.
“Pakistan must also closely watch for weather systems approaching the country that may cause a disaster situation — and start preparing from now for the inevitable human and material losses that come with these disasters.”
“The consequences of the devastating floods in Pakistan — the worst in 2010 — over the past three years still linger. People are displaced, crops ruined, and homes destroyed,” it said.

how to defend dengue | dengue disease | symptoms of dengue | dengue prevention | what is dengue disease | how to prevent dengue | dengue fever prevention | prevention dengue | prevention for dengue fever | preventing dengue fever

What is Dengue Fever?

Dengue fever also known as break bone fever are acute febrile diseases transmitted by mosquitoes, which occur in the tropics, can be life-threatening, and are caused by four closely related virus serotypes of the genus Flavivirus, family Flaviviridae. The mosquitoes that spread dengue usually bite at dusk and dawn but may bite at any time during the day, especially indoors, in shady areas, or when the weather is cloudy.

Signs and symptoms
The disease manifests as fever of sudden onset associated with headache, muscle and joint pains (myalgias and arthralgias—severe pain that gives it the nickname break-bone fever or bonecrusher disease), distinctive retro-orbital pain, and rash.

Precaution measures to be safe
1. All water from room cooler should be taken out.
2. Don’t let the water get accumulated near the plants and inside plant pots
3. Cover your face and body at dawn and dusk
4. Apply anti mosquito lotion on the uncovered parts of your body
5. Cover your body and face while walking in the garden/park.
6. Use anti mosquito spray in the house at evening.
7. Don’t let the people dumped garbage near your house.
8. Cover your saved water pots.
9. Keep the old tyres of vehicles in proper shape so that rain water does not get accumulated in them.

"The Srilankan team that visited Pakistan said that dengue has just started in Pakistan and it will increase in coming days but the good news is that 95% cases of dengue will not be deadly, only 5% needs extra attention of doctors. So don’t be scared if you got fever. Don’t rush to hospital for test until you feel that your fever is not going despite taking normal fever medicines. On top of all, if you got dengue PLEASE DO NOT STOP EATING, TAKE JUICES AND EAT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN."

rafael nadal and novak djokovic in semi finals excellent game and nice picture

The collision of Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic here in the semi-finals of the French Open has looked as inevitable as a rush-hour traffic jam on the Périphérique and the two juggernauts duly booked their showdown. Nadal, the seven-times champion of Roland Garros, and Djokovic, the world No 1, will meet on Friday for the right to face Jo-Wilfried Tsonga or David Ferrer in Sunday's final.

There was an appropriate symmetry about the two favourites' quarter-final matches, which finished within five minutes of each other. Nadal was the first into the winners' enclosure, beating Stan Wawrinka 6-2, 6-3, 6-1 after an hour and 56 minutes on Philippe Chatrier Court. Djokovic might have beaten Nadal by a short head if he had not failed to serve out for the match against Tommy Haas when he led 5-4 in the third set on Suzanne Lenglen Court, but the Serb broke back immediately and won 6-3, 7-6, 7-5 after two hours and 13 minutes.

Rajasthan Royals co-owner Raj Kundra has confessed to betting on IPL

Rajasthan Royals co-owner Raj Kundra has confessed to betting on IPL matches, including matches involving his own team, Delhi's police commissioner has said. Kundra and his friend and business partner Umesh Goenka were called in for questioning by the Delhi Police at their Special Cell office, which lasted eight hours.
"Raj Kundra has confessed to betting," Neeraj Kumar, the Delhi Police commissioner, told reporters. "He would place bets through Umesh Goenka, who is a bookie."
Kumar's statements came a day after the police interrogated the two intensively. The questions pertained to the operations of the Rajasthan Royals team, ownership patterns, security measures and processes in place. Goenka made a statement before a magistrate which can be treated as evidence in court, while Kundra submitted a written statement in front of a police officer.
Though Goenka doesn't have anything directly to do with the Royals management, he and Kundra, who bought a 11.7 per cent stake in the Royals ahead of IPL's 2009 edition, are partners in a steel business unit. According to PTI, Goenka's name cropped up during Royals' bowler Siddharth Trivedi's statement in front of a magistrate at the Delhi Police special cell last week. Trivedi, the report said, had told the magistrate that Goenka had sought information related to team formation from him.

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra arrive at the hotel for the IPL auction, Bangalore, January 8, 2011
Following the questioning, Kundra lashed out at the media via his twitter account for its coverage of the story. "Good morning woke up to news raj kundra faces the heat. yes it's very hot in Mumbai. Media has misconstrued everything using unreliable sources. Try speaking to the Main guys at crime branch. Why does media hype things and make such stupid claims to sell news. Is there an arrest warrant? I am back home in Mumbai. Kindly let Delhi crime branch do their work. media stop using derogatory statements," he tweeted.
The interrogation was part of the investigation into the arrests of three Rajasthan Royals players allegedly for spot-fixing during the Indian Premier League's sixth edition. The arrests of S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan were followed by those of several bookies and Chennai Super Kings' team management member Gurunath Meiyappan, son-in-law of BCCI chief N Srinivasan who was later released on bail.
It was followed by former BCCI secretary Sanjay Jagdale, who had signed the tripartite player contracts involved between the BCCI, franchises and players and IPL chief operating officer Sundar Raman visiting the Delhi police headquarters for providing requisite information.
The corruption scandal has overshadowed the on-field performance of Rajasthan Royals during the sixth edition of the IPL, which concluded on May 26. The Royals finished third this season, their first top-four finish since their triumphant campaign in IPL's inaugural edition in 2008. Since the 2008 triumph, Royals have been embroiled in various controversies.
The team - owned by a consortium of four business conglomerates - was often accused of having been given by soft corner by founding chairman Lalit Modi. Suresh Chellaram, whose family owns the largest stake in the Royals, is Modi's brother-in-law. As a result, Modi's ouster from the BCCI and IPL was soon followed by the BCCI expelling Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab for a breach of the franchise agreement. However, Royals took the legal recourse and were reinstated into the IPL well in time before the 2011 auction.
The Royals have also been under the scanner for their monetary flow, with the Enforcement Directorate having issued multiple notices to them for an alleged breach of regulations. With the ownership pattern and monetary transactions being questioned time and again, the moneyball team of the IPL has been in the news more for off the field activities than on it since the inaugural season.
